Lori Conway Ray is a wife, mother, grandmother, lover of God from Charlotte, NC.  Lori Conway Ray, the SHINEpreneur® is a published author, motivational speaker, ordained minister, success coach, and content creator.  She’s also a screenwriter with three films airing on the BET platform. Lori's first full featured film "Trophy Wife" aired in 2022. In addition, she’s currently developing several movies and TV series.  Lori has production credits through MegaMind Media from her work on The Available Wife, Holiday Heartbreak and A Rich Christmas as well as the limited series The Waiting Room (breast cancer series), The Couch (mental health series), Hotline(domestic violence) for BETHer Health Initiatives.  

 

Lori attended North Carolina Central University. She received her Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma and her Bachelor’s in Business from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is a graduate of the Spirit of Faith Christian Center Bible Institute where she served as an instructor on staff. Lori is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and an Excellence in Government Senior Fellows Graduate and an award-winning Toast Master Speaker. Lori recently retired from the U.S. Federal Government.
